A full year of social media and content production for Cherokee Brick, put in front of the builders, architects, and homeowners who spec brick.

Twelve months of Google Ads and social media for Action Gypsum Supply, written for how contractors actually search for drywall and supply.

Hoggatt Masonry swept the 2026 Golden Trowel Awards with both the Honor and Excellence awards. Our photography of their Sienna project carried the submission.

The questions contractors ask before hiring us, answered the way we’d answer them on a call.
Your buyers already check. Before a GC signs a sub or a homeowner signs a builder, they look you up, and a dead page reads the same way an empty jobsite trailer does. A working feed does the reference check for you: finished projects, crews at work, proof you’re active. It recruits, too. Good hands scope out employers the same way clients do.
Your content is building rapport before anyone picks up the phone. Buyers size up the caliber of your operation from what they see, and a client about to spend a million dollars with you expects marketing that looks like million-dollar work. Professional photo and video signal the same standard you hold on the job site. Phone clips have their place day to day, but the work that wins the contract deserves better than a shaky walkthrough.
The industry benchmark for companies under $5M is roughly 7 to 12 percent of revenue across all marketing. On paid search specifically, most contractors need $1,500 to $3,000 a month in ad spend before results get consistent. The number that matters isn’t cost per lead, it’s cost per closed job: if one $15,000 project comes from a month of ads, the budget answered its own question.
Paid search can produce leads in the first week; it’s the fastest channel there is. Steady, efficient lead flow takes 60 to 90 days of tuning: the first month is data, the second is optimization. Organic social and SEO are slower builds that compound. Anyone promising everything overnight is selling you something.
Construction is the specialty: builders, suppliers, GCs, and the trades. It’s where we know the language, the buyers, and what closes. We also serve hospitality and food and beverage, but if you’re in construction, you’re talking to people who spend time on job sites, not just behind screens.
A generic agency can run ads. It can’t tell a good pour from a bad one, and it writes captions that sound like nobody ever stood on the site. We speak the language your buyers speak, which is the difference between content that gets scrolled past and content that gets a call. You wouldn’t hire a framer to run electrical. Don’t hire a generalist to market construction.
